Your day to day as a Property Manager As a new Property Manager at EDEN, your day-to-day expectations will be dynamic and engaging. You will oversee property operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Daily tasks will include conducting property inspections, managing tenant inquiries, and coordinating maintenance requests. You will also develop relationships with residents, addressing their needs with empathy and a customer-centric approach. Your schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, with regular office hours, complemented by a rotating weekend on-call schedule to address urgent issues that may arise. This role requires both initiative and flexibility as you work to resolve problems promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions, contributing to the overall excellence of our property management services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of pertinent work experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools.
  • A valid Ohio driver's license with four points or less.
  • An operable vehicle and proof of insurance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in nonprofit or social services.
