About The Position
Pedcor Management Corporation is seeking a driven, people-focused Property Manager to lead one of their award-winning Apartment Home communities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful, visible impact every day through leadership, accountability, and operational excellence. The Property Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the community, lead and develop a high-performing onsite team, and ensure residents feel proud to call the property home. Their leadership will directly influence resident satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and the long-term success of the community.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of property management experience
- A current Property Manager license
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
Nice To Haves
- Section 42 (LIHTC) tax credit experience preferred
