About The Position

Property Manager for a 300-unit Class A Apartment Community in Covington, GA. This role involves overseeing all daily operations, driving occupancy and revenue, managing financial operations, and leading resident engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in multifamily residential communities, strong sales and marketing skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Requirements

2-3 years of proven Property Manager experience in multifamily residential communities
Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing with a track record of driving occupancy
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the 300-unit apartment community, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
Drive occupancy and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and targeted sales initiatives
Lead resident engagement and customer service excellence, fostering a positive community atmosphere
Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relations
Develop and execute social media campaigns to attract prospective residents and build community brand awareness
Supervise and mentor on-site staff to maintain high performance standards
Maintain and optimize property systems using Yardi or OneSite property management software
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
