About The Position

We are seeking a Property Manager for a 180-unit, Class B+ apartment community in St. Marys, GA. This is a full-time, on-site position. The role involves leading marketing and sales, managing social media, overseeing collections, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Daily operations will be conducted using Yardi or OneSite property management software, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
• Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
• Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
• Experience with collections and financial management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
