Apartment Property Manager needed for a 250-unit, AA Community in Beaufort, SC. PMIC needed. Minimum of two years previous apartment management experience is required. Lease-up or Renovation experience needed. Must have strong financial, personnel management, marketing and customer service skills. Proven performer with a professional image is a must.
