About The Position

Seldin Company is hiring a Property Manager for the Mountain View and Parkside Longmont apartment communities in Longmont, Colorado. These are Tax Credit and HUD communities. The Property Manager serves as the supervisory position, with authority, responsibility, and accountability for planning, implementing, and monitoring the properties’ business operations. Compensation is up to $65,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Two years of management experience.
• Three to four years of property management experience.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in any field, or industry certifications, will be considered.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• A background check and drug screen are required prior to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor the properties’ business operations.
• Serve as the supervisory position for the properties.
