Property Manager (Hadley)
About The Position
Some companies call them “Property Managers” or "Business Managers," but at Prometheus our Neighborhood Directors do so much more. As a Neighborhood Director your role is a constant blend of Financial Management, Customer Service, and Leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring your Neighborhood achieves income expectations in your operating budget, tracking budgets, and understanding variance reports, market dynamics, and local rental ordinances. You will also act as a problem solver for Neighbors, helping them find answers to questions about rental laws or service dissatisfaction. You will lead by example and work closely with your Neighborhood Service Manager to ensure your teams have the resources and training they need to thrive. The success of your team is your success, and you will coach and develop your whole team to see them grow. You will create a warm and fun culture where your team feels at HOME.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in a leasing position.
- Passion for working in customer service, sales and marketing.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Financial Management - Ensure your Neighborhood achieves income expectations in your operating budget.
- Track office supply budgets and make every dollar count.
- Recommend major capital projects.
- Track variance reports, market dynamics, and local rental ordinances.
- Act as a problem solver for Neighbors with questions on complex rental laws or service dissatisfaction.
- Pitch-in and help your team by touring Neighbors and answering phones whenever the office gets busy.
- Lead by example and show Prometheans that tomorrow matters.
- Work closely with your Neighborhood Service Manager to ensure your teams have the resources and training they need to thrive.
- Coach and develop your whole team to see them grow.
- Create a warm and fun culture where your team feels at HOME.
