Requirements

2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Property Manager experience (multi-site preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation ability
Experience with resident engagement and retention
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Budgeting and financial reporting knowledge
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

Nice To Haves

CAM® or CAPS® certification
Experience working with property owners
Yardi software experience

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across 3 properties, supporting a portfolio of 164 units
Drive leasing efforts—from marketing to move-ins
Build strong resident relationships and resolve concerns with care
Partner with maintenance and office teams to maintain high standards
Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
Plan and host resident events that bring communities together
Enforce community policies and maintain a safe, harmonious living environment
