As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Property Manager to join our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
  • Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues promptly
  • Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property rules
  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Oversee the leasing process, including showing properties, screening applicants, and negotiating lease terms
  • Ensure high occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for each property
  • Monitor and control operating expenses
  • Collect rent and other fees from tenants
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for property owners
  • Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Handle legal matters related to property management, including evictions and lease enforcement
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
  • Supervise and provide leadership to property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
