About The Position

DirectHire Property Manager that supports the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and neighborhood retail centers. This is a hands-on role working directly with senior property managers, with strong exposure to both residential and commercial management. This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior managers in overseeing multiple properties across the portfolio
• Support leasing efforts, tenant relations, and customer service for both residents and retail tenants
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to completion
• Help manage rent collections and delinquency tracking
• Maintain accurate records in property management software (e.g., AppFolio)
• Assist with vendor coordination, service contracts, and property inspections
• Support budgeting, reporting, and general administrative functions
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently
