The Property Manager at The Tatum will be responsible for driving sales, measurably increasing revenue, improving resident satisfaction, and boosting the community's reputation. This role involves strategically directing and mentoring a team of professionals, acting as a problem solver for residents and the team, and leading by example to ensure exceptional service. The Property Manager will lead a team of Leasing Agents, collaborate with the Maintenance team, and continuously seek ways to increase occupancy and resident retention. They will develop and execute strategies for challenging markets, approve and monitor budget expenditures, report to the executive team on business risks and opportunities, and host engagement events for residents. Maintaining the company's reputation and advocating for Core Values are also key aspects of this role.
