About The Position

Pedcor Homes is seeking an experienced, licensed Property Manager to lead Crown Pointe and oversee the community’s overall success. The Property Manager will manage daily operations, lead and develop the team, maximize occupancy and revenue, manage budgets and expenses, ensure compliance with policies, and create an outstanding experience for residents and prospects. The role coordinates people, resources, and processes to achieve property goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Property Management experience.
• South Carolina Property Manager's License.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• CAM and/or CAPS designations.
