About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to specialize in Lease Renewals and Rent Collections. This role is for individuals who build order out of chaos, advise owners like consultants, stay steady when issues arise, and pay attention to key metrics like occupancy, delinquency, and budget variance. The position offers a supportive environment with dedicated leasing and maintenance staff, a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends, and effective systems and technology to streamline operations. The focus is on building relationships rather than just handling day-to-day maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Real Estate License required.
- Experienced Property Manager.
- Specialization in Lease Renewals and Rent Collections.
- Ability to build order out of chaos and create running systems from messy portfolios.
- Consultative approach when discussing rent pricing or delinquency with owners.
- Ability to remain calm and problem-solve under pressure.
- Attention to key metrics such as occupancy, delinquency, and budget variance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for owners and residents regarding Lease Renewals and Rent Collections.
- Set rent strategy with owners.
