Requirements
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Experience in property management
- Ability to build order out of chaos and turn a messy portfolio into a running system.
- Consultative approach to advising owners on rent pricing or delinquency.
- Ability to remain calm and work through problems.
- Attention to metrics such as occupancy, delinquency, and budget variance.
- Self-motivated, reliable, resourceful, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for owners and residents regarding lease renewals and rent collections.
- Set rent strategy with owners.
- Keep residents happy and informed.
- Maintain clean records.
