Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years market rent Property Manager experience.
- Advanced proficiency with modern property management software and tech platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a polished communicator.
Responsibilities
- Maintain maximum occupancy and manage lease cycles.
- Foster an upscale community atmosphere with world-class customer service.
- Oversee rent collections and property budgeting.
- Supervise, train, and inspire office and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure immaculate property maintenance, safety, and security.
