At NewMark Merrill Companies, Property Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the centers they oversee, ensuring each asset consistently meets company standards for physical condition, tenant experience, and overall execution. This role is accountable for managing operations, controlling expenses, and executing property-level priorities in alignment with company objectives. Property Managers are empowered to make informed, timely decisions within their scope of responsibility, while partnering closely with Regional Property Managers on broader priorities, escalations, and strategic direction. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution. Beyond operations, Property Managers are expected to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and the surrounding community, using on-the-ground insight to support leasing efforts and enhance overall center performance. This role works cross-functionally with accounting, marketing, leasing, and other internal teams to ensure properties operate efficiently and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
