About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential communities. This role requires a strong understanding of property management practices, including Fair Housing laws, maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting, and property safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, balancing income and expenses, and leading a team. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience as a residential community/property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience including selection and hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Understanding of building and grounds maintenance.
• Experience in resident relations, leasing, and rent collection.
• Familiarity with eviction procedures and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of property safety protocols.
• Proficiency in property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including balancing income and expenses.
