We are seeking a Property Manager to take full ownership of Pavilion Lakes Apartments, a 200 unit apartment community in Evansville, IN, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team success. Requirements

2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Experience leading and developing teams (3+ employees preferred)
Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals
Maximize renewal capture and resident retention
Manage delinquency and actively pursue collections
Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI
Manage your property within budget and financial guidelines
Oversee maintenance operations
Process invoices and ensure timely financial operations
Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions
Drive accountability and adherence to Monarch standards and processes
Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture

$58,000 - $63,000 year salary
