Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Property Manager preferred or 3 years of industry experience required
• Must be proficient in Yardi or comparable property management software
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must complete all assigned Tonti University courses

Nice To Haves

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of property operations.
• Managing teams.
• Coordinating activities.
• Optimizing resources to meet property objectives set by the Regional Supervisor and ownership.
• Training the Assistant Property Manager to ensure seamless operations in their absence.
