About The Position

Monarch Investment is seeking a Full Time Property Manager Professional to help manage our conventional 192 unit site in Columbus, IN. Williamsburg Way Apartments is a stunning site that boasts a sparkling pool, fitness center and playground among its many coveted amenities. BE PROUD OF WHERE YOU WORK! We are paying up to $70,000 / year salary and excellent NOI/ Delinquency bonus potential up to $7,200 / year. This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening (we do not check for THC), and a credit review. Valid driver’s license required.

Requirements

Must have 3+ Years' experience in multi-family rental housing
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Yardi, Bluemoon, Rentcafe and Outlook experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget)
Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income
Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owner's guidelines
Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all
Process all invoices generated by the property and insure they are paid in a timely manner
Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income
Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations
Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
