About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager to join their team at the Forest Park Apartments in North Kansas City, MO. This role involves managing a team, ensuring superior customer service, and maintaining property occupancy and resident relationships. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing
Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Yardi experience preferred
CRMIQ experience a plus

Responsibilities

Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Benefits

Competitive pay ($58,000-$64,000 annually)
Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
