We are currently looking for a Property Manager who will be passionate about working with the residents of a Mobile Home Community in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under the direction of a Regional Manager, day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Requirements
- Property Management experience and or professional expertise
- Working knowledge of fair housing and landlord/tenancy laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Rent Manager software preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure a clean, safe, and code-compliant environment.
- Uphold and value every resident’s right to peaceful enjoyment of their homesite and the community.
- Collect and deposit rent payments and perform all related data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Control expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budget.
- Process applications for tenancy and facilitate a seamless move-in/move-out process.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and corresponding documents and present them for signing.
- Perform routine inspections and take corrective action for deficiencies.
- Handle resident complaints with urgency and empathy.
- Recognize and address maintenance needs.
- Solicit third-party contractor bids and oversee third-party projects.
- Effectively respond to urgent/emergency situations that sometimes occur outside of normal business hours.
- Experience in reading meters.
- Other unspecified reasonable tasks as assigned by a supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the community
