About The Position

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services (NGMA) is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for multiple opportunities within its property management division. As NGMA expands throughout Broward County, they are looking for individuals passionate about community association management and providing exceptional service to condominium and HOA communities. NGMA is a professional property management and accounting company specializing in condominium and homeowners association (HOA) management. This full-time role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about community association management, resident relations, and operational excellence. As a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), you will oversee a portfolio of residential communities, serving as the primary point of contact for Board Members, residents, vendors, and homeowners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties while ensuring operational efficiency, financial stability, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominium management
  • Active Florida LCAM license required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or compliance concerns
  • Supervise onsite staff, including scheduling, training, and payroll coordination
  • Manage work orders and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor services, contracts, and community projects
  • Investigate resident concerns and ensure compliance with governing documents and association rules
  • Prepare for and attend Board meetings, including agendas, notices, and meeting minutes
  • Assist Boards with budgeting, financial planning, reserve projects, and insurance renewals
  • Monitor association financials, including invoices, billing, reconciliations, and investments
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, violation logs, and architectural requests
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, Board Members, and vendors
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed
