We’re looking for a Commercial Property Manager – Operations (Regional Operations Manager) to support the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone dependable, positive, and responsive, who takes ownership of their work and keeps things running smoothly. Experience matters, but attitude, follow-through, and a willingness to learn are just as important. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, communicates clearly, and solves problems with practical solutions. They like working with people, stay calm under pressure, and care about doing good work for their team, tenants, and clients. Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in property management, facilities, or a related area
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance and operational needs for assigned properties.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Coordinate vendors and ensure work orders are completed on time.
  • Communicate regularly with tenants regarding requests and property updates.
  • Assist with budgets, track expenses, and process vendor invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on property activity.
  • Respond to operational issues and escalate concerns when needed.
