Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The Property Manager provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. They also develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, drive revenues through market analysis and creative marketing, and lead by example, instilling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintaining resident files, ensuring a positive living environment through conflict resolution, and managing the community budget and finances.
