Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The Property Manager provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. They complete lease/renewal paperwork, track and evaluate advertising and client traffic, and develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. This role drives revenues through thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs, leading by example and instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission to be the best national management company. The Property Manager supervises day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and maintains an effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching. They maintain residents' files, a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution, and manage the community budget and finances. The Property Manager works with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met.
