Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the property's performance. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The position focuses on providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. It involves completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking advertising and client traffic, developing creative marketing programs, and leading by example to instill and maintain Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The Property Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, maintains resident files, fosters a positive living environment through conflict resolution, and manages the community budget and finances.
