Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The role provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. It involves completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, and developing creative marketing programs through understanding and analysis of competition. The Property Manager develops, mentors, leads, and manages a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. They lead by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The role supervises day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, maintains residents' files, and fosters a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution. The Property Manager manages the community budget and finances and works with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
