Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The position involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability, while also completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards. The Property Manager will track and evaluate advertising and client traffic, develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, drive revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs, and lead by example by instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The role includes supervising day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintaining effective staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching, maintaining resident files, and fostering a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution. The Property Manager will also manage the community budget and finances and work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
