Multifamily Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. They are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the property's performance. This role ensures the smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The role also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability, while completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards. Additionally, the Property Manager will track and evaluate advertising and client traffic, develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, drive revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs, and lead by example by instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The Property Manager will supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintain effective staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching, maintain resident files, and foster a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution. They will manage the community budget and finances and work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
