Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. It oversees all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The role provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. It also tracks and evaluates advertising and client traffic, develops, mentors, leads, and manages a high-performing team, and drives revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs. The Property Manager leads by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. They supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching, maintain residents' files, and manage the community budget and finances. They also work with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met.
