Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role involves overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The position requires providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. A key aspect of the role is developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. Driving revenues through thorough analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs is also essential. The Property Manager will lead by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission to be the best national management company.
