Requirements

  • Property management experience
  • Experience with various housing programs (HOME, PBV, PBS8, CBH, FCF)
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience with resident relations
  • Vendor management skills
  • Leasing experience
  • Waitlist management skills
  • File compliance knowledge
  • Experience with annual recertifications
  • Staff supervision experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 3 residential properties (161 units) located in Chinatown.
  • Manage a mix of family housing units including: Homeless set-aside (HOME), Project Based Voucher (PBV), Project Based Section 8 (PBS8), Community-Based Housing (CBH), Families and Children First (FCF), and condo units.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage resident relations.
  • Oversee vendors management.
  • Handle leasing activities.
  • Manage waitlists.
  • Ensure file compliance.
  • Conduct annual recertifications.
  • Supervise staff.
