About The Position

JLL is seeking a Property Manager (PM) to join their growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO. This role is based in a downtown Denver office and will support an institutional client/portfolio. The Property Manager is responsible for direct management oversight of assigned Industrial properties, with the primary goal of maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value for JLL clients. Key responsibilities encompass property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. The PM will provide leadership to their team, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction within an industrial portfolio. This includes preparing budgets and financial reports, managing tenant improvement (TI) and/or capital improvement projects, and staff development. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of fostering strong relationships with building owners and tenants. Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • CO Real Estate License is required within 120 days
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
  • Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
  • Good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of technology tools
  • Continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset
  • Proven track record of results
  • Ability to act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
