This opportunity is to join JLL's growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO, supporting an Institutional client/portfolio from an office in downtown Denver. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for direct management oversight for assigned Industrial properties, aiming to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value for JLL clients. Key aspects include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. As a PM, you will lead your team, provide outstanding customer service, and manage an industrial portfolio, being responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. The role also involves preparing budgets and financial reports, managing tenant improvement (TI) and/or capital improvement projects, and staff development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for maintaining successful relationships with building owners and tenants. The ideal candidate is strategic, decisive, and fosters an energized, collaborative, and diverse environment, contributing to work quality and cultural initiatives. The role emphasizes a people-focused approach, understanding the needs and motivations of clients and team members, and utilizing strong communication skills to manage relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure client retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other related financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • CO Real Estate License is required within 120 days
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients
  • Proficiency in the use and application of technology tools and a commitment to continually develop skillset
  • Proven track record of results, acting decisively, thinking big, and managing time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare property management is a plus
