Responsible for the management of a property (or group of properties) for a client and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the terms of the property’s management agreement. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The role requires regular travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
