About The Position
Peak Living is seeking a Systems Specialist to join its corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The role is intended for someone with onsite property management experience who can apply knowledge of day-to-day property operations to support teams across the organization. The specialist will maintain the Yardi database, assist with Deposit Accounting, and provide help desk and training support to onsite teams. The role also collaborates with internal teams to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Yardi Property Management software.
- Experience with Deposit Accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs.
- Familiarity with PayScan.
Responsibilities
- Support Yardi users through help desk requests and training.
- Maintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user security.
- Assist with Deposit Accounting and database management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes.
