Requirements

Intermediate (1-2 years of experience) knowledge of property and vendor management
Advanced knowledge of Google products
Basic knowledge of Yardi and Rentcafe systems
Ability to use repeatable processes to ensure quality and strive for new and best possible solutions for our residents and clients
High level of organization and dependability, and ability to work with little to no supervision, with deadlines
Basic understanding of legal language regarding property management
Must have a reliable vehicle, a current driver's license, and insurance

Responsibilities

The basic turnover of vacant units to determine the necessary work to complete, scheduling, and communicating with vendors and Century Teams to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants
Process fair, timely, and accurate move-out statements and deposit refunds
Perform regular unit inspections throughout the year to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our tenants
Coordination of special projects to offer solutions to investors about their property, maintaining good relationships with our vendors and suppliers, assisting with emergency response, and city officials when requested
Ensuring the routine upkeep of all properties is met and notifying the proper parties for coordination or follow-up
