About The Position

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join their team in Ft. Belvoir, VA. This role is contingent upon government approval and will support Capability Portfolio Executive Offices (CPEs), Project Managers (PMs), and Product Offices. The specialist will contribute to the effective management, accountability, and sustainment of CPEs facilities and equipment resources by monitoring and evaluating the Army's property control system. Assigned to the Product Support Manager section, the candidate will be responsible for supporting government property and asset management activities in compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Key duties include assisting with tracking, accountability, documentation, and lifecycle management of government-owned and government-furnished property, as well as coordinating logistics actions for CPEs operational requirements. The position requires close collaboration with CPE leadership, personnel, and supporting organizations to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant property and logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government driver's license for the operation of a mini‑van, sedan, and/or small box truck.
  • Documented Prior Experience with the following Army Property Management Systems: Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS‑Army), Auto Scan Tracking System (ASTS).
  • Documented Prior Experience with the following DoW and Army Property Management forms: DD Form 250 (Material Inspection and Receiving Report), Inbound vouchers, DD Form 1348 (Issue Release/Receipt Document), DA Form 2765 (Request for Issue or Turn‑In), DA Form 1687 (Notice of Delegation of Authority), Memorandums for Record (MFRs).

Responsibilities

  • Access and use all required logistics and property management databases, including but not limited to: Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS‑Army)
  • Prepare Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) inventory on a cyclic basis, providing a semi-annual update and ensuring a 100% physical inventory of all equipment is performed annually.
  • Participate in and support monthly, quarterly, and cyclic inventories in accordance with Government property accountability procedures.
  • Accomplish technical research on all incoming equipment to provide required supply/procurement information and supply codes.
  • Document acquisition information including source, cost, date equipment put into service, and warranty information.
  • Maintain non-expendable Document Register and accountable Document files.
  • Maintain a government driver's license for the operation of a mini‑van, sedan, and/or small box truck.
  • Process, manage, and close out all functions related to supply and property management, including but not limited to: DD Form 250 (Material Inspection and Receiving Report), Inbound vouchers, DD Form 1348 (Issue Release/Receipt Document), DA Form 2765 (Request for Issue or Turn‑In), DA Form 1687 (Notice of Delegation of Authority), Memorandums for Record (MFRs).
  • Perform physical requirements associated with logistics and property management operations, including: Sitting, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, Working during inclement weather conditions when required, Lifting and carrying 35–50 pounds.
