About The Position

This role involves a variety of responsibilities within property management, including lease negotiations, market analysis, tenant relations, and collaboration with external agencies. The specialist will ensure compliance with regulations, oversee renovations, and enforce company policies. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on improving tenant performance and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or 3~4 year experience in related fields
Bilingual in Korean and English
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills

Responsibilities

Negotiating lease terms and conditions with tenants and overseeing the execution of lease agreements
Analyzing current and emerging market trends to derive actionable business insights
Investigating and resolving tenant complaints, ensuring compliance with occupancy regulations, and conducting vacancy inspections
Reviewing and verifying renovation plans and schedules
Taking appropriate actions against violators of occupancy rules and enforcing company policies
Collaborating with local/state government agencies, commercial real estate firms, brokers, and marketing agencies to improve tenant business performance and identify new real estate opportunities
