About The Position

Centerspace is hosting an in-person Career Fair to explore exciting opportunities in Leasing and Maintenance across their communities. This event is for individuals who enjoy building connections, delivering great service, and growing their career with a people-first company. They are particularly looking to connect with candidates interested in Leasing Consultant roles and Service (Maintenance) Technicians and Specialists. Immediate fill roles are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance experience (role dependent)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and desire to grow
• For Leasing candidates: Completion of a 35-minute pre-employment assessment is required to move forward.
