We are seeking summer interns to join our growing team! As a Summer Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of a real estate leasing office while gaining hands-on experience in property management and leasing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Communications).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from potential tenants, provide information about available properties, schedule property viewings, and assist with the application process.
• Draft and distribute leasing documents, such as rental agreements and lease addendums.
• Organize and maintain records related to tenant applications, leases, and property maintenance.
• Shadow leasing agents, attend training sessions, and participate in meetings to gain a better understanding of the real estate industry and the leasing process.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of a real estate leasing office.
