We are seeking candidates for the position of Property Management Administrator for a 1 year contract located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario. Our Property Management Administrators are responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager through data entry of all tenant related information, preparing A/R adjustments, revising aged accounts receivable reports, reviewing rent roll monthly, and preparing legal notices while maintaining our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.
