About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support daily property operations. This individual will play a key role in managing communications, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer support.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of administrative or property administration experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Nexus and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to emails and internal/external communications
  • Process and submit invoices accurately through the Nexus system
  • Maintain, organize, and update documents using SharePoint
  • Provide administrative support related to property management operations
  • Ensure all records and files are up to date and easily accessible
