Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns. This role provides full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. It also involves scheduling and coordinating meetings/special events, assisting in lease administration activities, preparing and coordinating bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices. The position ensures office supplies are stocked and maintains the property maintenance work order system and purchase order system. Additionally, it involves processing management and maintenance staff hours, tenant bill back invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
