About The Position

Performs general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, and preventive maintenance for daycare, apartment, and restaurant businesses. This includes daily operations in carpentry, painting, fencing and roofing repairs, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and light electrical work. The role also involves performing routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the property and care for residents, daycare children, and restaurant guests.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience in a business setting

• Valid NYS license
