Education Assistance Charitable giving opportunities A culture where employees are recognized and celebrated WHO YOU ARE You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community. You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

  • Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general repair and maintenance services
  • Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property
  • Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
  • Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets
