About The Position
Cedar Pine Maintenance & Construction (CPMC), a joint venture between MacBracey Corporation and Arbors Management, Inc., is seeking a self-starting Property Maintenance Technician for their Pittsburgh/Western PA Regional Area operations. This tech-forward, growing company offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule, modern mobile tools, and a team that values craftsmanship. The role involves handling residential unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general mechanical maintenance, utilizing mobile software for work orders and photo documentation, and maintaining professional communication with residents and supervisors. The company emphasizes workflow ownership and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building trades, construction, or property maintenance.
- Strong comfort level with residential building systems and utilizing smartphone apps.
- Valid driver’s license and a personal truck or van capable of hauling building materials.
- High school diploma/GED and a customer-focused, professional mindset.
- Ability to climb stairs, inspect roofs, and safely operate hand/power tools.
- Capable of passing criminal background and drug screens.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general mechanical maintenance.
- Use mobile software to track work orders and upload before-and-after photo documentation.
- Serve as a calm, professional point of contact for residents and supervisors.
- Manage daily job schedule with high attention to detail.
