About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to handle routine repairs and general maintenance at rental properties. This position will also assist with preparing vacant units for new residents.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of general maintenance, handyman, or repair experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, locks, and fixtures.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and installing or replacing fixtures, blinds, and cabinets.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Report major repairs or issues requiring specialized or licensed contractors.
