Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Clean Background

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the resort’s common areas, amenities, pools, grounds, and facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues proactively
• Assist with landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and resort policies
• Collaborate with team members to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction
